When start-ups are growing rapidly and their products take off, they often need to develop customer success content beyond just technical documents. 

Our actions have consequences and this learning experience design project puts students in the shoes of an animal rescue volunteer to explore accountability, flexibility, and adaptability as it relates to collaboration and group success.
